Tropical sky is the leading manufacturer and exporter of canned Coconut milk in Vietnam. Here we would like to introduce Canned Coconut Milk Production Process at Tropical Sky’s Factory Viet Nam

Our production step: 

1. Raw Material Preparation

• Main ingredient: Coconut meat (from mature coconuts, peeled and grated).

2. Washing and Cleaning

• The grated coconut meat is thoroughly washed to remove dirt, impurities, leftover shell, and microorganisms.

3. Grinding and Pressing

• The coconut meat is ground and mixed with hot water (60–80°C) at an appropriate ratio.

• The mixture is pressed to extract coconut milk.

• A second pressing may be performed to maximize milk yield.

4. Filtration

• The extracted coconut milk is filtered through a mesh or industrial filter to remove solid residues and produce a smooth, uniform product.

5. Homogenization

• The coconut milk is homogenized to evenly distribute fat and water, preventing separation during storage.

6. Sterilization (UHT or Pasteurization)

• The milk is sterilized at high temperatures for a short period to eliminate harmful microorganisms while preserving flavor.

7. Formula Adjustment (Optional)

• Sugar, flavorings, emulsifiers, or stabilizers may be added to enhance taste and shelf life.

8. Filling and Sealing

• The hot coconut milk is filled into sterilized cans (typically tin cans) and hermetically sealed under hygienic conditions.

9. Post-packaging Sterilization

• Sealed cans are sterilized in autoclaves at 115–121°C for 15–30 minutes to ensure commercial sterility.

10. Cooling and Storage

• Cans are quickly cooled, dried, and moved to a temperature-controlled storage area.

11. Labeling and Packaging

• Finished Aluminium cans are labeled, quality-checked, and packed into cartons for distribution.
